The Carolina Orienteering Klubb (COK) is based in Charlotte, North Carolina. We organize events at a variety of state parks and nature preserves in North and South Carolina, within a 200 mile radius of Charlotte, NC. Our organization is led by the following staff of volunteers. This is an elected Board consisting of the President, Vice President, Treasurer, and two At-Large Directors. The Board then appoints Chairmen of committees as needed.  Elections are held every year at the Annual Picnic and membership meeting.

The Carolina Orienteering Club is recognized by the IRS as a 509(a)(2) nonprofit organization and is open to the general public for outdoor recreational purposes.
